Centre Coordinator
£26,000 - £30,000 Per annum
The Centre Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Greyfriars Charteris Centre – a busy Centre for Community – by providing a welcoming presence to visitors, managing bookings, overseeing activities, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Centre. As the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, they will address issues as they arise and support the effective operation of the Centre.

Trustees
Our trustees offer diversity of opinion, thought and experience. The GCC board meets 6-8 times a year, typically for a two-hour meeting held at the Centre in Edinburgh towards the end of the working day. In addition, trustees are invited to occasional events at the Centre, to engage with our partners and user groups. Historically the trustees have worked closely with the small staff team so there would be an opportunity to work collaboratively on specific projects. Duty Managers
Duty Managers assist with management of events at the Centre, looking after groups and making sure their events run smoothly, keeping the Centre clean and dealing with any incidents. This is a casual role, with shifts mainly during evenings and weekends, and would suit someone reliable and friendly who would enjoy getting to know the different groups that use our spaces.
